The monographic study is devoted to the analysis of the transformation of the national information zero in the period from 2003 to 2019.Based on the long-term empirical monitoring studies (2003-2019) of the information field of the Republic of Belarus, conducted by the Center for Information Technologies and Information Technologies of the Belarusian State University on the instructions of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, the main structural and content features are highlighted functioning of the national media environment, the current ("trend") processes in the media sphere are reflected and invariant ways of developing the media in the medium term are proposed.
