Vladimir Batshev was born in Moscow in 1947. In 1965-1966 he was one of the organizers and leaders of independent literary society. As a result he suffered from Soviet regime repression in 1966 and was sent into 5-years exile to Siberia. Creative development of V. Batshev began in 1968 when the Soviet government yielded to pressure of international public opinion and foreign literary journal 'Grani' and amnestied him. Now he is known as a scriptwriter and the author of some plays and a great deal of books. The proposed book is V. Batshev's famous novel devoted to UFO and getting into contact of a human with extraterrestrials.
