The well-known literary critic, scientist and diplomat Vilayat Guliyev was the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Hungary in 2010-2021. During this period, a strategic partnership agreement was signed between our countries, and a number of important steps were taken for the rapprochement of our states and peoples.
