The work discloses the problems of external economic links of Russia with European countries. Questions of international trade, external economic links of Russia and its participation in the world integration processes are examined. The attempt to reflect the tasks of external economic policy of Russia towards European way of development and possible solutions are proposed in the title. The author also marked out new moments concerning the role of Russia in European development.
