The monograph examines methodological approaches to the formation of complex socio-ecological-economic objects and their study based on modern expert-analytical technologies using various methods for calculating weighting coefficients. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods for calculating weighting coefficients of the factors that make up the object and their impact on the final result are analyzed. Examples of the formation of such objects for solving applied problems of social, economic and environmental nature are given.
