Avksentyev Leonid Borisovich (born 1951) is a member of the Karelian representative office of the Union of Russian Writers since 2012, Honored Worker of Culture of Karelia. Permanent participant and repeated winner of the festivals of the Club of Intellectual Contemporary Art (KISS) organized by the All-Russian Society of the Blind and annual poetry lists. Winner of the 2017 Sampo Prize. Some of Avksentiev's literary works have been translated into Karelian, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian.
