In the anthology there are presented materials of the annual regional seminar Ethno-social processes in Siberia (1997). The seminar is organazed by the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Siberian Department of the Russian Academy of Science. Three main problematic groups are considered: theory, methodology, techniques, and organization of ethno-social investigations; problems of social, economic, demographic and spiritual development of peoples in Siberia; political and legal regulations of ethno-social processes.
