Evgeny Danilovich (1918-2010) was famous Soviet and Russian writer, poet and bard who made a significant contribution to modern Russian culture, being one of the founders of the genre of Russian author's song. Songs devoted to the military theme occupy a special place in the creative heritage of Evgeny Agranovich. E. Agranovich created the poems and music of the song "I drank birch sap in the spring forest ...", and in 1971 his most famous song "Eternal Flame" for 45 years it has been serving the noble cause of fostering love for Motherland.
