The third volume of the bibliography contains registers to facilitate the use of the list: by name, title, organization, topic, place name, place of publication, printer and printing house, or language. The name register also contains a short biography of several authors with references to sources. At the end of the volume is a list of sources and literature used in compiling the bibliography, as well as a list of memory institutions where foreign-language and Estonica books published in Estonia are known to be kept.
