The proposed collective monograph analyzes key aspects of the past elections to maslikhats in 2023. The relevance of the study is due to the transition of the format of elections of maslikhat deputies to a new electoral system. The procedures for nominating and registering candidates, the voting results and, in general, the process of forming a new electoral culture in the context of regions were also analyzed.
