The monograph is the first in Russia study of the effectiveness of civil proceedings, based on a comprehensive analysis of what is happening in the communication process. In this context, the author considers the concepts of goals and objectives of legal proceedings, principles of equality and justice; highlights the communicative problems that negatively affect the efficiency of the process, and analyzes the possibility of reducing the degree of conflict of proceedings; substantiates the need for the joint use of procedural and communicative means to solve specific procedural problems.
