Author: Maria Abramovna Kotlyarova is a historian, publisher, member of the Union of Writers of Russia and the Union of Journalists of Russia, Honored Cultural Worker of the Russian Federation, Honored Journalist of the Russian Federation, and author of more than 60 books on the history and ethnography of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. Viktor Nikolaevich Kotlyarov is a local historian, writer-publicist, journalist, publisher, member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR since 1974.
