Today, the achievements of scientific and technological progress, instead of delight, cause concerns about their consequences, since the zone of ecological disaster is expanding very intensively. In this regard, the crisis of life on Earth is tangible and real. In addition to global climate change, which has led to crop failures, epidemics, problems with drinking water and food safety, there is a huge gap in the standard of living of developed and developing countries, between the poor and the rich. Do our countries have a future? According to the author, a new civilization should begin not with a new economy, but with new scientific knowledge and new educational programs. In this regard, sustainable innovative development is linked to the present and future of global finance. In this context, issues of national currency management are disclosed, the rationale of Kazakh and Russian scientists on the change of the most important macroeconomic indicators, the introduction of a single accounting and settlement measure and a number of other provisions are provided, which are ultimately linked to an increase in the quality of life of the population. Taken together, this approach to the problem of finance in conjunction with sustainable economic development represents a new theoretical justification for the phenomena that are characteristic of our modern times. And, of course, the justification for sustainable economic development from the point of view of prioritizing the development of science and thereby ensuring the formation of an innovative economy is a key point. A comprehensive approach to the problem of an innovative economy gives special scientific and practical significance to the material of this eighth volume.
