Second edition. For the first time, the author examines the problem of forming an intellectual economy in the context of the post-crisis period. It is quite convincingly proven that economic growth can be achieved with the coexistence of an independent monetary, financial, industrial and structural policy, including currency control, and a wide range of methods of state regulation of the credit and financial environment. The underlying causes of the current global financial crisis associated with the replacement of dominant technological structures are revealed. In this regard, it is proven that the crisis will be overcome on a new long wave of economic growth, the material and technical basis of which will be the next technological structure. The author links new stages of economic growth with a multi-vector direction of development of an intellectual economy focused on the use of knowledge and intellectual capabilities of mankind. In this case, it is advisable to rely on internal sources and capabilities of the credit and financial system.
