Economic policy program for the Russian Far East was prepared by the Economic Research Institute's scholars on the background of proposed by the Institute and adopted by the Interregional association of Fareastern and Transbajkalien subjects of Federation's economic interrelations concept of midterm regional development. Economic backgrounds for the concept' realization are analyzed, a system of political steps is proposed. For the first time economic and marketing conditions of the Fareastern economy's integration to the NEA are analyzed. Detailed measures proposed for all program's blocks, such as administrative policy, reconstruction of domestic market's integration effect, equalization of general economic and social conditions, personal incomes, achieving energy consumption and supply balance.
