The monograph considers easements as a special category of limited property rights, the history of their application and experience of legal regulation in domestic as well as developed foreign legal order. It reveals characteristic features and specific features peculiar to easements rights; it systemises separate varieties of easements and means of their judicial protection. Some issues of easement law have been considered: the emergence of easements from circumstances, the fee for easement, the permissibility of accessory actions of the owner of an employee of the site, as well as other special issues.
