Yuri Vasilyevich Kondratyuk (real name was Alexander Ignatyevich Shargey, 1897-1942) was Soviet engineer of Swedish-Jewish origin, one of the founders of cosmonautics. At the beginning of the 20th century, he calculated the optimal trajectory of flight to the Moon.
