The monograph is dedicated to the Honored Artist of the Republic of Komi and of Russia Evgeny Nikolaevich Troshev (1928-2010) - a talented artist and a teacher, “Moscow Chistyakov”, classics of academic drawing, a native Komi lands, graduate and professor of the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov. Being versatile a man, he was fond of astronomy, physics, knew the history of the country well, perfectly played the guitar, made telescopes, made wood. The book also recreated the life path of Yevgeny Troshev's relatives - Alexandra, Alexey, Vasily Aybabins, Nikolay Troshev, who had fundamental influence on the formation of his personality and made a significant contribution to economic development and culture of the Komi region.
