The monograph is devoted to the legal searches of Russian thought. The author argues that in the national sense of justice of the end of the XIXth - XXth centuries the idea of an earthly paradise was that destructive component, which reflected in creative work of Russian literary modernists and became the basis of state-legal lines in the works of E. Zamyatin, L. Leonov and A. Tolstoy.
