The book contains documents and materials of The State Planning Committee which existed from 1939 till 1941. The members of the Committee were Ukrainian scholars. The head of the committee was leader of the nationalistic movement Mr.O.Kondyba (O.Olizhich). The committee designed several drafts of legislative acts which might have been used in state activities and in the process of Ukraine liberation.
