The book presents the Stolbist movement, the Rock climbing of the Krasnoyarsk team to Mount Everest, the first autonomous ski expedition across the North Pole to Canada, a single crossing of Lake Baikal, which was attended by Krasnoyarsk climber and rescuer, "Snow Leopard" Valery Kohanov. This title is given to those few climbers who have climbed all seven thousand meters of the Soviet Union. The book is based on the diary entries of Valery Kokhanov from different years.
