The author emphasizes the role of new industrial countries in the world economics of the XXIst century, and proposes a special economic strategy for Kazakhstan, in order to speed up its transformation into one of the most developing countries. This strategy is based on the author’s conception of the long-term sustainable development of the economics of sovereign Kazakhstan.
