In this textbook the concepts, general characteristics, procedure of establishing and functioning of the following bodies are examined: Ukrainian Parliament, Rakhunkova Palata (the Accountant Department), the Minister Plenipotentiary of the Ukrainian Parliament on Human Rights, Ukrainian President; the Security and Defense Council; the Cabinet and other bodies of executive authorities; bodies and officials of local governing institutions; institutions of judicial authority; the Office of Public Prosecutor and other law-enforcement institutions. The survey is made on the basis of generalization of the legislation currently in force and of juridical practice of organizations and activities of legislative, executive and supervisory government bodies, and institutions of local governing. It is intended for students of law department, professors and everybody interested in the State organization and institutions of local governing in Ukraine.
