This monograph examines the role of political parties in the development of parliamentarism, the main aspects of the activities of parliamentary factions in the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and conducts a comparative legal analysis of the activities of parliamentary factions in Kazakhstan and foreign countries. The main attention is paid to the disclosure of the structure and competence of the faction, the specifics of its activities, as well as an analysis of the legal regulation of the activities of deputy factions and measures are proposed to improve their work.
