The monograph is based on the concept of criminal sub-systems which are divided into delinquencies of social institutes (social sub-systems): family, political, economic, mass communication, religious, gender, etc. delinquencies; the idea of delinquency control and co-existence with it; provisions about minimization of criminal delinquency, humanism as a criterion of the criminal law progress, criminology as a theoretical footing for the sciences relating to criminal-legal cycle.
