The collection consists of three parts. The first part is official documents of party, state and law enforcement agencies, educational institutions, adopted in connection with the suppression of speeches in December 1986. The materials are presented in chronological order. The second part presents the materials of the investigation of the Commission of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR to investigate the causes and circumstances of the events of December 1986 in Kazakhstan. the third part includes materials considered by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1992-1994).
