The present book is a result of longstanding research work realized by P.Phor, a well-known expert in the history of Antiquety, and dedicated to Alexander Makedonsky (356-323 BC) and to his great Asiatic campaign. When the author was young he realized the same tour as Alexander Makedonsky had, going on foot most of the way. That expedition let him discuss the topic, basing not only on theoretic sources, but on his own practical experience as well. The book is to interpret to the readers the atmosphere of the campaign and to describe those, who took part in it.
