The manual consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes sections devoted to the culture of business communication and the role of conflict in business communication. The second part includes practical tasks on the analysis and interpretation of situations at different stages of a conflict, on the development of strategies for resolving the conflict, preventing the conflict and its resolution. The manual is intended for students of full-time, part-time and correspondence forms of study in all areas of training and specialties of the Perm State Agrarian University.
