The National Security Ministry of Azerbaijan decided to publish documentary materials concerning the April-May events of 1918. The book undoubtedly causes a great interest as it is a collection of documents gathered by the Extreme investigatory commission, created by the Azerbaijan government in July, 1918 to investigate facts of violence, pogroms and marauding, committed in relation to the Muslim population and their property within all the Transcaucasia from the beginning of WWI.
