The subject of this monograph is the life and work of Croatian writers who live and work in FR Germany from the disintegration of the SFRY and the creation of the Republic of Croatia until its entry into the European Union. How the national cultural space functions in these important and dramatic events, and thus its literature outside the national borders, especially in the territory of FR Germany, is the author's preoccupation, and the primary goal is to systematize and describe literary practices, to determine their main features.
