The book is dedicated to watercolors by the Feodosian artist K.F. Bogaevsky. The works accurately reproduce the state of Crimean antiquities, which makes them a unique source on the history of monument conservation in the first half of the 20th century, and makes it possible to use the peninsula's cultural heritage sites for reconstruction, reconstruction of lost monuments and their comprehensive study. The book includes an extensive number of photographs of Crimean monuments from the period of their sketching by the artist, which makes it possible to perform a comparative analysis, to evaluate the high quality and accuracy of the works of K.F. Bogaevsky. The publication includes 156 watercolors and drawings by the artist from the collections of Crimean museums.
