The monograph is devoted to the study of such a widespread negative social phenomenon in Ukraine as crime in the field of land relations, which is formed by a number of land criminal offenses. The scholarly work clarified the social and legal nature of this phenomenon at the current stage of development of the state and Ukrainian society, identified its essential features, and provided the author's definition of the concept of this type of crime.
