The book presents the collection of articles dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the birth of the great Russian poet, artist and thinker Maximilian Voloshin (1877-1932). The collection is prepared on the basis of the conference materials (Moscow, the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, June 2007). It includes works related to literary theory and prosody, history and mythology, linguistics and cultural studies; they contain interesting biographical facts, and attempts to grasp the essence of the philosophical works of Voloshin.
