This monograph examines the repertoire of rural cooperative film tours and analyzes the Centrosoyuz film collection for rural distribution. It describes cooperative cinema of the 1920s, including feature films about consumer cooperatives, cooperative animation, and cooperative films for national minorities. It also explores the representation of agricultural and industrial cooperatives in cinema and analyzes documentaries and educational films in cooperative distribution. Attention is paid to various aspects of cooperative educational work "around cinema" and the role of cinema in the system of cultural and mass work of the cooperative. The significance of cinema in the overall system of political and educational work in the village is presented, and the stages and main forms of cooperative educational film work are identified.
