This treatise considers and analyzes the causes and generation of modern dangerous phenomena in the Gulf Stream, North Atlantic Drift, Greenland and the Arctic Ocean. Based on this analysis, approaches and engineering solutions for these problems are suggested (over 50 technical solutions), and the feasibility study for these solutions is provided. The proposed actions can reduce the probability of global catastrophic events, eliminate the threat of sea level rise and many other potential hazards.
