The analysis of the constitutional regulation of national heritage and cultural property has not yet been published in the Polish legal literature. Therefore, the book [...] prepared by Dr. Anna Frankiewicz-Bodynek should be accepted with interest and recognition. The issue of national heritage and cultural goods is extremely complex, is the subject of interest and regulation of many branches of law (including administrative, civil, criminal and international law), as well as the subject of analyzes and the area of research included in many humanities and social sciences, such as: cultural anthropology, philosophy, ethnology, sociology, political science and pedagogy. A lawyer who undertakes an analysis of this issue must take into account the indications and directions of research crystallized on these levels in order to interpret constitutional norms in the context of the concepts, principles and values used by the Constitution.
