The monograph sets out the theoretical and normative legal foundations of freedom of assembly in the countries of the post-Soviet space, general and specific features of the constitutional and legal regulation of public events in the countries of the former USSR. Based on the positive experience of regulating freedom of assembly in neighboring states, ways of improving domestic legislation on public events are proposed.
