This monograph examines the constitutional and legal limits of the regulation of economic relations. According to the author, the development of the economy depends entirely on the economic policy of the state, in particular on the right economic strategy chosen by the state, its prudence and pragmatism when choosing or changing the priorities of the country's economic growth.
