The book contains about 400 concepts, terms, legislative definitions and legal constructs, which are mentioned in the 1993 Constitution of the Russian Federation. The work presents terms that are contained in federal constitutional laws, federal laws, Rulings of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and other normative legal acts. In addition, the work systematized all the Rulings of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (at the end of 2022) with references to those articles of the Constitution that were contested by the applicants. For ease of reference, the guide presents a dictionary of all the terms mentioned in the guide, and their alphabetical index.
