The fourth volume of the edition is devoted to the history of kulak exile. Peasants who were dispossessed at the time of collectivization in 1930s, were exiled to "remote regions of the country", to Komi Autonomous Region (Komi AR), in particular.
The volume consists of two parts. The first part covers the period from 1930 to 1935 and informs about the course of collectivization, the exile of rich peasants and their position in Komi AR. It starts publishing the lists of "kulak" families who were subject to exile to Komi AR.
