The collection of works is based on the results of the virtual seminar, held within the framework of Moscow public scientific fund with the support from the Ford Fund. A hypertextual description of three conceptual complexes for hypertextual thesaurus was created as a result of the activity. Single informative analytical articles are also included. The experience obtained may serve as an evidence of the fact that political conceptology has taken the shape of a separate scientific discipline in Russia.
