This issue is a systematized issue of competition law in Bulgaria. The author examines the general theoretical questions about the place of competition law in the system of law and the relationship between European and national competition law. Both general concepts of competition law and special institutions of substantive competition law - merger clearance, prohibited agreements and concerted commercial practices, abuse of dominant position and unfair commercial practices - have been considered. The subject of the competition procedural law, which regulates the procedure for the application of the substantive law rules, is also covered.
