This commentary was known to scholars in Patristics by relatively small fragments. Recently the Armenian Medieval translation is found in Mashtots Matenadaran depositary in Yerevan, Armenia. The text is about 43000 words. All the fragments that were known to scholars are present in the text. This book contains the Commentary by Cyril from the Heb. 1:1 until the Heb. 3:19. Some scholars think that most probably that is all the Commentary that Cyril has written on the Letter to Hebrews. Armenian critical text is prepared by Hakob Keoseyan on the basis of this newly found manuscript and other known manuscripts. The translation into English by Khachik Grigoryan.
