The monograph examines the legal, theoretical and practical issues of combating crimes committed by organized groups and criminal organizations formed on an ethnic basis. Based on the results of the analysis of scholarly sources devoted to the theory of investigative activity, criminal procedural evidence, norms of national and foreign criminal procedural and investigative legislation, the domestic practice of judicial and law enforcement agencies and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, the monograph substantiates the theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for improving countermeasures against crimes committed by organized groups and criminal organizations that are formed on an ethnic basis.
