Active parliamentary debates evoked a revision of Ukrainian Administrative Code. It is a complete official version of the Code passed the Supreme Council of Ukraine on the 7th of December 1984 with the latest changes as of February 15th, 2001. More than 35 new articles have been added. The present edition includes some enclosures that provide necessary procedures for correct application of penalty provisions in a number of articles of the Code.
