The given book contains articles and reports presented on the conference "Civilization on the Crossroads: the Search of Philosophical and World Outlook Point of View". The conference was held Ukranian National Academy of Science in 1999. At the same time the faculty of foreign philosophy in Skovoroda Philosophic Institute headed by V.Pazenok, Professor, Doctor of Philosophy, organized a number of round-table discussions and methodological seminars results of which are included in the book as well.
