This is a diary that the author kept from the first day of the full-scale war in Ukraine, about the work of the Help Desk for Ukrainian refugees in the city of Otvotsk. Not only officials and volunteers, but also residents of the entire so-called Otvotsk "Line", small settlements along the railway track from Warsaw to Otvotsk, joined in helping and accommodating Ukrainians fleeing the war. From February 24 to March 26, 2022, the author, who acted as an aid organizer, recorded every day, with its challenges and constant search for solutions.
