The guide provides an overview of some results of the study of monuments of different periods in the Chinetinsky archeological microdistrict, located in the vicinity of the village of Chinet in the Krasnoshchekovsky district of the Altai Territory (North-Western Altai). In the course of more than twenty years of research, the archaeological expedition of the Altai State University revealed and studied the monuments of the Upper Paleolithic, Afanasyev, Biyken, Pazyryk, Turkic, Kyrgyz and Srostka cultures. In addition, burial monuments reflecting the process of interaction of nomads - bearers of various cultural traditions in the Scythian-Saxon period, as well as ritual objects of the early Iron Age and the Middle Ages, were discovered.
