The book is focused on the personality of Khan Shen, Councillor on "Cultural Revolution Matters", Head of Special Department of the Central Committee. This person was called "Chinese Beria". Khan Shen died in 1975 and was burried with honors on an official cemetery but some years later he was excluded from the partry and was announced a counter-revolutionary criminal.
