The sources included in the book are intended to give a comprehensive picture of the social life of the province in 1919-1923, covering all its spheres - political, social, economic and spiritual. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of the policy of "war communism" and the NEP, the material and living conditions of the existence of the population, the cultural and religious aspects of the development of the province. The bulk of the published sources are office documents, in addition to them, legislation, act documentation, sources of personal origin, photographs and cartographic material are involved.
